THIS has piqued my interest...
There have been studies that assert that group meditations in cities (for a measured time) reduce the level of violent incidents for the duration. I’ll be joining this weekend and doing their version all week to reacquaint myself with it, to prepare.
=)

Disclaimer: What follows is my personal feeling and experience. So GirlScout do as you see fit and are guided by M&F. If you have read Wes Penre's Papers and articles you saw that Wes used to advise against meditation especially group meditations. His latest videos and posts changed this though. As per my personal experience, it has been obvious to me that Maharishi was a "scammer and a fake"! OK! this is my feeling and I used to be in TM. Granted it was never my choice. My ex paid for my training and for some reason I couldn't used it so I'd fake that I was and did another type of meditation. I never told him until our divorce. Once in Honolulu during a weekend TM workshop we were watching a video with Maharishi and suddenly I felt a surge of rage coming up in my body, without knowing why, I did my best to not explode but still some words came out where I criticized him and shared my feelings. That was astounding as I'm a pretty calm person and usually reserved in behavior. Many years later during a past life regression I finally understood why I had had that incredible rage coming through me against M. He had in a past life of the Middle Ages used me by lying to me; changing my life around not in the best of ways and I became very angry, died very old yet very resentful of his manipulation as a guru in India. I've since forgiven him (the point of the regression) and realized there is always something to learn in every experience. JVP says that to trust gurus and spiritual teachers can be dangerous as we don't realize where they are coming from and who is behind the veil. Per experience I have had dark entities trying to merge with me during group meditations and I read that it's more and more the case with more astral entities coming through our dimension via the Cern operations etc. Angeliki says that "energy" is only of 3D. T Meditation has helped some people and many swear by it, everyone has their own experience. I'm just sharing here. So this is a word of warning, that's all. What you can do is ask M&F to be with you at all times there and trust that you are safe with them. Thank you for sharing this Elisabeth and I so agree with you that we need to be very careful with trusting! This reminds me of the Oneness movement, which is also being set up to deceive humans and lead them to the One God. I was invited by a friend to join a weekend group meditation of the Oneness movement in Belgium in 2016. The concept of the meditation was about the Mother Goddess. When we were lying on the ground saying mantras and prayers and asking for help to the mother goddess, I remember feeling how I distrusted all this and decided to ground myself as much as I could. I am glad that I did, because I saw all those women crying out and acting like they had lost all control over themselves, like they were surrendering themselves to other entities … One of my friends is still part of the movement and very much in favor. Oneness is about emptying all your ego (which is good), but also of all your thoughts. It teaches to become One with this god. . When I returned from this weekend I researched this movement, especially who is on top of it. Sri Bhavagan and his wife lead the movement and reside in India. Millions of people go there to the Oneness University in order to become teachers and preach this oneness concept. Years ago I found a link where it really stated that Shri Bhavagan is a reincarnation of Vishnu, unfortunately I cannot find the link anymore. But from what you can read on his website www.sri-ammabhagavan.org/?fbclid=IwAR09rXGvlXNIaWDJAHQEmUy6HKLZKcqtxMhS85H-wwVuYXSX2mFDjo_cBQA and the description on wikipedia it should be obvious as well. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhagavan : “Students also reported various spiritual experiences including mystical visions of their own personal God riding a white horse, similar to the Kalki form of Vishnu from traditional Hindu beliefs.[3][8] Based on this shared spiritual experiences, the students and public would address Sri Bhagavan with the title "Kalki".” Reminds me of what the Chief told Tim in book 7: “No, my friend, it wouldn’t have been better. But if they took the time to even think a single thought as to why or what they were doing throughout life, maybe then things would begin to change. Just because you live a decent life doesn’t mean you can break out of hell. Most true souls are decent and yet most continue to serve Sol Malum in his game of intrigue.” This is exactly what this Oneness movement is after … People don’t think anymore for themselves and act in a beehive mind! I’m also trying to help awake a good friend of mine, but it is EXTREMELY difficult lol. She still thinks she needs other people to help her with everything, she is reaching out to me and doesn’t do anything by herself. Everything I tell her becomes her truth. Although it breaks my heart, I now realized that I cannot desire her to change in the same way I have done. She has her own path to follow and if she doesn’t truly awake in this life (Time-Loop), it may hopefully be in the next one. Just as an offside note here, I will also never forget how I talked with one of those Oneness teachers during that weekend. She was curious after my name, especially my official name and when she found out she started ridiculing me. She told me that it must be a shame to bear such a name, knowing that "Eve" is the one who has loaded humanity with all those sins (lol).

Thanks Blossom, for your observations!
re:People don’t think anymore for themselves and act in a beehive mind!
Most New Age movements focus on feelings - and suggest Mind is something to suppress.
When I found that thinking things through was crucial - it was a major breakthrough!!
Very good reminder. =)

SO! The group meditation was awesome! I arrived early to do my own pre-meditation asking to be watched over and guarded so that "only benevolent" could approach me. The warmth and serenity I felt was palpable. And a group did seem to enhance that feeling.
AND I recently read a David Icke book that spoke of groups joining together to add peace and love to the Universal Field (to counteract or provide an alternative to the "protest" and discord vibes that are so commonly "out there" now. I DO like the concept, and can't help but think it's helpful for our surrounding environment.
I did a TM version of meditation this morning, as my own has felt stale lately, and managed to think out a solution to a puzzle I'd been struggling with. So, I DO think clarity has been a benefit!!
Just thought I'd share. =)

Follow up - the PLUS mood on Sunday was followed by a MINUS mood on Monday, followed by a balanced day of clarity on Tuesday.
I guess I'm still here in duality!! lol
