Krešimir Mišak is a Croatian journalist, rock musician, and science fiction author. He is known for his tv show called "On the edge of science". Below are his thoughts about awakened individuals......
"In the last few years, a group of well-meaning people want to focus their energies on changing some part of the world for the better, based on a certain amount of understanding of what is wrong with the world and they occasionally invite me to join them.
Sometimes it's an informal group, sometimes an emerging political party or an association. I have some problem with association so I never agree. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I noticed a long time ago that whenever someone starts saying "we will do this, we will do that", and if I happen to be involved in this "we", that someone mostly wants to use me to his advantage.
But even when I come across a group of really well-meaning people who have no intention of exploiting anyone and who show some degree of understanding of the world, I still don`t get involved.
I just don't believe that any organized group can change anything. In my opinion, the key to change is only one, and it can be summed up in two words: "the awakened individual."
An awakened individual is unimaginably powerful force and doesn`t need any group. Especially when it starts to multiply. A world full of awakened individuals is impossible to manipulate, and one reason is that they are not in groups. It is very easy to put a group of people into a kind of pyramid structure.
Since managing a large group is impossible without some kind of pyramid structure (in larger groups all attempts at direct democracy always turn into a cacophony of opinions and conflicts of interest groups), it follows that each group is a very easy prey for manipulators.
Of course it won't happen until the group becomes important or influential. But if it becomes influential, then expect invisible influences from the outside, and one of the members of the pyramid structure of that group will sooner or later relent.
For awakened individuals, this is impossible. A manipulator can only attempt to manipulate each person individually, which is impossible because manipulators are manipulating because there are fewer of them than those they would like to manipulate, otherwise manipulation would not be necessary.
But even if there are similar number of manipulators, at least as many as awakened individuals, they couldn`t do anything. It's about, you remember, awakened individuals. Those are the ones who have figured out the flea-market frauds who are trying to deceive people. And once you learn their tricks, it's not that difficult.
The awakened individual sees through the news (at rare moments when he looks at them at all), sees the vanity and banality of the government guys hiding behind their suits, he doesn't go to the polls to give his energy to the Control System, or he minds paying attention to the piles of meaningless laws that are being imposed on all sides.
When an awakened individual is alone, he or she may have problems with this attitude, but in a world full of awakened individuals, laws and rules are nonsense that will fall off like a dry leaf in the autumn.
Because if a police officer is an awakened individual, if the judge is an awakened individual, if the soldier is an awakened individual, if the owner of a company is an awakened individual, then who will be that robot who will silently work to put the loop around the neck of his fellow citizen, and finally to himself?
An awakened individual, in cooperative and business relations with other awakened individuals would like to prevent the transformation of human race into a herd, a kind of machine intelligence made up of robots we see more and more around us, at the same time as we meet more and more awakened individuals.
With all this, it is unlikely that an awakened individual would need interest groups. First, he would know that any involvement in the political sphere of life only strengthens the Control System that seeks to enslave it.
Imagine owning a Champions League. This means that your organization stands from both clubs and wins no matter who on the field loses or wins. In addition, he owns all the referees, spotlights, white lines on the field, food and drinks for sale there, and even the stands. You are free to protest as much as you like in these stadiums, but in doing so you only raise the significance of the event and, after all, helping financially by buying a ticket.
No, no, no, if we compare the world to the Champions League, it is obvious that the awakened individual will never oppose the system and thus play its game of manipulation and dividing people into opposing cheerleading groups and make them easier to rule.
An awakened individual will simply leave the field and instead of watching the overpaid sports-modeling stars, he will play football with friends in some meadow, which will be much more fun, healthier and cheaper. Later on, they will buy a beer (with alcohol, which is a luxury that disappeared long ago in Champions League stadiums, supposedly for safety).
A large number of awakened individuals would have no need to join the pyramidal power structures, but would see the need to establish channels for other individuals, those same channels of trust that corporatists constantly want to tap into: the doctor-patient relationship, parents and children, government and citizens, events and newspaper readers…
Energy can flow without a middleman, money can change hands without interest, and alternative currencies are like an alternative football game with friends instead of stimulating emotions at gladiatorial stadium games.
Every awakened individual is a danger to the Control System because he is vivacious and elusive. And don't think the System doesn't know that. And the System most often ignores it because it tries not to add extra energy to awakening of other individuals. But the System has to react more and more frequently, through various types of robotic humans, because the process is moving in spite of the ignore tactics and the game has to be played with open cards because things have gone too far to be left to inertia.
Every awakened individual is like a virus. He hangs out with other people, tells them what he thinks, and so through social interaction, influences other people, both in words and actions. If they, at first, don`t accept his views, they will at least become aware of them. When they hear it from someone else for the second time, they may even pay attention to these strange new views and think about them a little.
And when they start thinking about them, the process of eliminating mass hypnosis begins. Little by little, but inevitably, they themselves will become the virus that will stream the Control System. Obviously, it is a geometric progression.
Finally, the awakened individual knows that the world is only the backdrop of his life. It`s up to him to play his role as best as he can and then leave the stage and make room for others. The show must go on."
