This info came from a link sent to me from ninurta4, which I will include at the bottom. Here are some excerpts from the author, which I find helpful. I have not personally done this program.
The focus of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity approach has been to teach one to understand what they do and why..
When one is stuck in a particular belief pattern they cannot see their way out. More often than not, most were simply trying to justify the way they currently perceived the situation and had no real desire to change their thinking even though it was that very thinking that created the problem. They tended to believe that the author, the one who was trying to create the space for them to see differently, wanted to do things “his way” way as opposed to “their” way. They saw the author as somehow trying to control or manipulate them. In reality, the author was only trying to show them how their current perspective created their problem and how and what they would have to change to get to the root of their issues. They could not see it was their own mind and their addiction to their past way of thinking that was keeping them bound.
The author would analyze their perspective about the situation and see how their thinking and beliefs caused their energy to become bound in the current situation. He looked to see how their energy is currently raveled, entwined and/or otherwise entangled in their life and world they currently experienced.
One aspect addresses freeing what is best described as our creative spirit from a cage of our own making.
The other aspect addressed is about managing and controlling energy . It is to learn how to consciously use our inherent and unlimited creativity to direct the energy.
There is the need for each of us to do our own experiments to verify and experience the truth of what is written. We each need to eat and digest whatever we learn and act on it making it our own.
The fundamental understanding of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity material is that we are creative beings and we will always create. We cannot not create. The life we live is a creation. As any true creation, our life is something original and not seen or previously experienced by anyone before us or anyone who comes after us.
The problem we face in creativity is quite simple. The mind which created the problem it wishes to solve is not the mind that will solve the problem. Yet the creativity that mind seeks, which will provide the desired solution for whatever we wish to create, is held captive in a cage created by mind. In fact it is in a doubly locked cage.
We will need two separate keys. Both keys are ultimately controlled by our mind and our belief structure and the resulting perspective we hold. That is, the keys are controlled by how and what we think and believe and why we think and believe the way we do. Hence a significant portion of the journey to release the necessary creativity is about learning to unlock the cage which mind itself has created. To access these keys, we begin by having to change our perspective.
When we access our unlimited creativity, we know what we need to do when we need to do it. We know what serves us and the direction we need to go in life. We know the truth of our being and live that truth. There is a knowing about life. There is a certainty about life. The issue of fear no longer exists as something to be avoided. There is an awareness in the fear that we know how to address what gives rise to the fear and still move forward.
Living the truth of our being and the truth of our unlimited creativity is about living an alternative way. We no longer put ourselves in a box or a cage of our own making. It is about an internal knowing that all is fine exactly the way it is no matter what is happening. But it is to know what needs to be done to create an alternative way to what is occurring. A way that better serves us. It is to know an alterative way exists not out of judgment that what is occurring is wrong or bad or we are running from pain, fear and the like. Rather is about knowing an alternative way for we are the creators of our experiences and we do get to choose what we experience.

From this website:
One of the more difficult things for us as a human being to fully accept is that as a unique individualized consciousness there are things that are true for one and not necessarily true for another. As a human being, we share a tremendous amount with other human beings. We tend to think we are all the same. However, there is no “normal” or “standard” human being. The medical profession has worked for years with normal distribution curves that give a broad range of values for any human parameter. Sometimes the distribution curve is narrow and at other times it is quite broad, Similarly, there is an ancient recommendation to have good thoughts, good words and good deeds. The question is, “Who defines good?” What is good for me is not always good for you.
What needs to be understood is that, if we are open to feeling, we can feel what is good for us and what serves us.
Typically, activities that serve us cause us experience one or more of the following: we feel an expansion within our being; experience a lightness of being; experience a feeling of bliss and joy within our being independent of what is happening externally; and/or a calmness in our being as we are actively engaged in whatever it is we do. The more we feel what we would describe or interpret as a feeling of bliss and joy in what we do or one of these other feelings, the more that what we do and experience is probably in alignment with our personal truth.
The more we feel what we felt in telling a lie, the more our experience is in alignment with a lie relative to our personal truth. What needs to be understood is that we can feel truth. We can feel what is true for us and the essence of our being and what is a lie where we in someway deny our essence. We only need to be aware of what truth and a lie feels like. In essence, this exercise was an initial calibration of our ability to feel and use feeling as your measure of personal truth and realize we have an internal compass. The next task is then to calibrate that internal compass and learn how to use it.
What we felt in thinking about what give us great beauty and joy contains the elements of what truth feels like to us. It contains all the elements of what truth feels like to us at this points in time and/or is the “direction” of truth in our life. That is, (1) the feeling we had is the type and kind of feeling we will feel when we experience something that is personally true for us and (2) as our belief structure changes and we gain more experience in life, we may find what is true for us changes.
The comment as to the “direction” of the feeling means that, although what we feel in the future may not be exactly like what we feel now, what we feel now is the type and kind of feelings we will have. The feelings in the future may be different because we may be in a different environment. For example, the feelings we have in laying down and resting have an element in common whether we lay down on a nice soft bed or a slab of stone. The feelings of truth at different points and times in our life will have elements in common. If we follow the common feelings, we will always be moving in the same direction in our life. We can learn to discern these common elements of the feeling and use them to measure how true something is for us.
Realize that what gives us great beauty and joy is unique to us. It is our truth. The feelings of great beauty and joy we feel also contain the feelings we have when we embrace what is true for us and/or a truth about what we desire to create. What is true for us serves us and who and what we are. What is true for us does not cause us to deny the essence of our being. It allows us to grow and expand into the awareness of who and what we are. If we are open to our feelings, we may literally feel ourselves expanding. It is said what we felt contains the elements of what truth feels like because we can, and will, feel what is true for us whether or not something is pleasurable.
Two things do need to be noted about our personal truth. One is that as we gain experience in life it may, and most probably, will change. However, the second point is, the feeling that makes us feel alive and full of life does not change. That feeling is immutable. As we move into life and into those activities that give us life we will have a greater fullness and/or passion within our being. This is the essence of the internal compass.
What needs to be understood is what is untrue for us does not ultimately serve us and who and what we are and we can feel when we are not being served. What does not serve us causes us to deny the essence of our being in some way. What is untrue for us does not allow us to grow and expand in awareness. Rather, in some way, we have to deny what is to live or act in accordance with that untruth.
To live or act in some way that is not true for us is the same as telling a lie to ourselves and, if we are aware, we will feel it. To continue to tell the lie and/or live in the lie and not feel pain or discomfort we will have to numb what we feel. This in turn lays the seed for addictions and/or desensitizing ourselves to what we feel. As a minimum we can become aware of how an untruth seems to steal or drain our energy to be enthusiastic in what we do. We may even see and feel ourselves shrinking and collapsing much like a balloon whose air is being released. Or, we may simply find ourselves going to sleep at whatever level of our being that is not being severed by what we are doing. The more we lie to ourselves the more and more we move into unawareness about ourselves. In doing so, we become more and more insensitive to what we feel. The more we lie to ourselves and/or live the a lie, the less passion, energy and enthusiasm we will have to give life and/or for life.

I posted this thread as I was thinking about information from canyoustandthetruth.com:
If a person, separated from his Higher Spiritual part, decides to escape the Matrix, HE WILL FAIL. To escape he must be COMPLETE, FULL i.e. UNIFIED. Let’s see now how this can be achieved. Everything in this world is a fractal that infinitely extends in a repeating pattern. Everything that exists in the microcosm also exists in the macrocosm. Every level is in accordance with all other levels.
Celestial Man §22. “When you become One out of the two, when you make the inner like the outer and the high like the low, when you make male and female into a single One, so that the male is not male and the female is not female, when you have eyes inside your eyes, a hand inside your hand, a foot in your foot, and an icon inside your icon, then you will enter the Kingdom!”
…Then you will escape the Matrix!!!
When this information becomes understood by both parts of man, a re-unification procedure will start.
For me so far the understanding is when our outer life is completely reflecting our inner life and truth, when the inner and outer have "met" and joined, that is when we will be able to escape. This inner truth, the inner compass flowing from our heart, directing us, has been fully realized in our outer man/woman. A choosing of the inner wisdom as opposed to the outer knowledge. Fully being in the Now, with no parts of you split off (elsewhere). Then the Remembrance is allowed to happen!

The same principal applies to this Spiritual relationship between the two divided parts of the same man.
ego This is when people come face to face with their “ego”- the human “ego”- and instead of giving the leading role of this very difficult process to their Higher Spiritual part, they assign it to their material one ―including the astro-aetheric parts of the material― and they assume “action” as a fighter!!!
…They all become fighters!!!…wowwwwwwww!!!
…This is where they literally lose the game …Like the heroine in the video!!!
But if they let their Higher Spiritual part (The “I AM PRESENCE”) take the action, then the terms and conditions change and the actions become totally different!
Then a partnership is automatically created: The material part (including the asto-aetheric bodies) does NOT act, it subsides, it becomes second and humble and it just informs the Higher Spiritual part about the surrounding conditions and situations. Action and control are always carried out, exclusively, by the Higher Spiritual Part of Man.
Only this Spiritual Part is capable of confronting the Matrix guardians.
This is where the defeats of some “great” astral fighters take place; this is where the urge for humility by some religions stems from The lower bodies of man are subdued and obey the commands of the Higher Spiritual Body of Man. To accomplish this, absolute control of the ego is required.
At this point I must clarify the main attribute of the Spirit. Spirit is NOT energy, IT IS ESSENCE (Gr.: Ουσία [Ousseea) and It is identified with the Indivisible. It is the antithesis of the Divisible, that is part of the duality (+) (-) of energy, no matter how dense.
I maybe should post this in the other thread, but it feels right here. Our ego needs to get out of the way, let HS be the boss. Absolute control of the ego is required. Wow that is so tough!

Just maybe if we stopped trying so hard to reach the creator(s) they would have the opportunity to reach us? I for one am going to try and live in the moment. It is the only one I have. By the time anyone reads this that moment has been exchanged for a new one.

Hahaha! Sorry myka.
Yes I get that I must be irritating you with all these posts, but it's more of a quest to get back to myself. Like White Buffalo had said, at the point of where my heart spark (Adam) connected with my Higher Self (Eve), there has been an assurance that I am one with them out of this construct, I know this but my physical self still struggles, that ego lives and I'm not happy to just let it be.
This does not really count out "living in the moment" but its a real self awareness of the quality and purity of the moment. I am always humbled by this awareness.

More Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity - (a refresher for me - thanks to ninurta) Five requirements to manifest an intention Passion to pay the price: Passion is about having the energy to do what needs to be done. We must have a single mindedness and a passion to pay whatever price is required no matter what it is for what we wish to create. A passion to pay the price is the willingness and courage to do whatever is necessary but where you are not blinded by what you do or how you do it. That is you are not blinded by the passion itself. You are aware of, and have the courage to consciously face the fears, dislikes and/or our discomforts about what is required to be done. You have the courage, awareness and willingness to let go of all that needs to be released. Awareness of what needs to be faced will arise in understanding and hence a need for the second requirement, the right perspective. Right perspective: The “right” perspective allows two things. One is that it allows us to access the energy we need for our creative endeavor. The second it allows us to know how to act on, or with, that energy. The “right” perspective has three aspects. The first aspect is understanding. We will need a clear mental understanding of what we intend to manifest that will allow us to 1) realize what we need to give up to allow the creative process to unfold, and 2) recognize the object or experience when it comes to us as our world changes. The second aspect is focus. We will need be aware of what we think and believe. What we think and believe is determines how we focus our attention and awareness. How we focus, in turn, determines what we see and don’t see in any given situation. The third aspect is to create the fertile space within one’s being. That is, the right perspective is needed to create a thinking and belief pattern, a perspective on Creation, that supports and nourishes our creative endeavor at all levels and in all aspects of our being that is necessary to support our creative effort. In obtaining the right perspective we can access the energy we need for it will allows us to face our social and enculturated conditioning that does not allows us to act passionately. Many traditions do not encourage passionate action yet it is the passion in our action that fuels what we create. As such we need to have a perspective that allows whatever restrictions and restraints placed on our creative passion to be sufficiently removed so we can access the energy we need. Similarly, the right perspective allows us to know how to act. When we have a blinding passion, we have more than enough energy for a multitude of false starts. However, without that level of energy, we will burn ourselves out if we have too false starts. The right perspective allows us the freedom to explore and obtain the information we need, thatminimum set of requisite experiences, to create what we desire. It this regard as we gain information about what we seek, we may find the intention we initially set out to manifest may not quite be correct and we will need to iterate our intention. Willingness to enter the unknown: To truly create something you have not previously experienced (for that what creation is, creating something not seen/experienced before) we have to be willing to step into the unknown. We have to be willing to step out of mind--that is, outside of how and what you think and believe. Otherwise, we will only be recreating the past. We have to enter the chaos of creation as our existing world changes and sit in the anxiety of not knowing how our creation will unfold or how long it will take. Willing to act : We must be willing to set out to do what needs to be done. We will have to step out in action both to get what we seek and act on what comes to us through our intuitive guidance and/or what the world puts in front of us. This includes facing the obstacles as they present themselves. We will have use what we know but feel our way through the unknown. In this regard, we have to be willing to act on what we feel, not necessarily what we know. Ability to hold focus: To carry us through the entire creative process without being captured by the past and/or distracted by the mundane of the world without the determination and passion of a downing person, we will need to be able to create and hold focus on our intention with an unwavering faith and trust. Yet creating a single point focus for our life is not something that can readily be done and trust is not always easy to come by. We all seem to have been betrayed in one way or another. There are four ways that we can use to help us hold focus. They are a conscious focus, a subconscious focus, a muse and/or some would call a coach or a mentor. A conscious focus is where you create some type of a practice to continually remind yourself to act in favor of your intention. It may be some type of a daily practice. It might be a plan of actions with steps we choose to take. Or it may simply becoming mindful and aware of each of our decisions and try to always choose in favor of our intention. A subconscious focus is were we create some type and kind of subconscious response pattern that continually moves us toward what we desire to create. A habit specifically learned or creating a belief and way of thinking that reinforces action toward an intention would be the use of the subconscious. Rituals, ceremonies, initiations and the like are often used to create subconscious patterns to reinforce action in a particular directions. A muse is an individual who inspires us to action. They may or may not be aware of the role the play and how they play the role. The desire to become like someone or to be with something that causes us to move through life a certain way is functioning as a muse. Muses are often associated with the artistic talents for the muse is often seen and experienced as calling forth the creative passion of an individual. Some one will paint or write poetry for the one they love. Here the one loved is seen as calling forth the creative spirit to paint or write. When the muse in gone from an individual’s life, they lose inspiration. A coach or mentor is someone who continually holds an individual accountable to following their own truth and inspiration. Here the term coach and mentor are used differently that they way they are normally used. Normally a coach or mentor is telling an individual how to act. Here the coach or mentor is holding the individual to act according to the individual’s intuitive guidance. ryuc.info/common/creation_process/five_requirements.htm

Of interest, I think, from the same source: Any practice, apprenticeship, training program, physical practice, and the like does not lead one to a true experience of the Source of Creation. It can’t. Because of how we create our experiences by what we think and believe, any experience we have through practice is a created condition by mind. To have a true unbiased experience of the Source of Creation, we must be out of mind and outside any thoughts we hold. Contrary to popular belief, we cannot be trained to become a Shaman or a mystic. Any program you under go is only a focusing of our own mind to create a particular experience. The issue of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation is discussed in the topic “The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind.” ryuc.info/creativespirituality/mysticism_and_mystic.htm

One more: On the point of using our feeling to keep us grounded and focused in exploring the unknown world of possibilities, several things need to be noted. It needs to be remembered there are deep undercurrents in creation. We can feel these undercurrents. By locking onto any given undercurrent we can follow it to a given destination. The undercurrent we need to follow is either the undercurrent which results form the intention for our life or the undercurrent giving rise to what we desire to create. Our journey is much easier if these two align with each other. The second point we need to remember is that our body and its environment is our truth with our consciousness manifested. Whatever we experience is what we have desired to experience as our consciousness manifested and has real part and an imaginary part. The real part we can feel and is a result of the flow of energy giving rise to the experience we have. The imaginary part is how we perceive what we experience through the perception and illusion of mind. We keep "grounded in reality" by keeping focused on what we feel. This is why when the Buddha sat under the Boda tree and was being tormented by the demons in his mind he kept touching the ground. He knew the ground and what he felt was what we real. The demons came from his own imagination. What he could feel was what was his truth at the moment. So too with each of us. What we feel is what is real in the moment. What we feel is the real part of world of imagination and the real part of any solution we find in the world of infinite possibilities. In being open to feeling and having the ability to discern what we feel, we will never lose focus in whatever Creation puts before us.On the point of using our feeling to keep us grounded and focused in exploring the unknown world of possibilities, several things need to be noted. I would like to add with GS's recent postings from this site
this site is about a paid program (problem-reaction-solution): Quote/ The intent of this website is to introduce some of the types and kinds of programs that can be created to assist your creative endeavor which incorporate the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity approach, material and understanding.
Programs can be made available to assist in any creative effort. They provide the basis for finding creative solutions, innovative ideas, and/or an alternative way of approaching any situation. They are applicable to any or group or collection of individuals whether they be private, professional or social. Individual and personal services are address under the topic "Gentle Phoenix Services" and are usually separate and different than what is done within a group.
On the whole the site promotes tantric sex as one of many ways to "open" yourself up to Source. The idea given is to be outside of yourself and outside of "mind". This to me sounds like a good way for a walk in to possibly happen. I would not recommend this.

OH! I hadn’t delved into the “services provided” part. I was enthused about developing the more playful creative side of the self. I was thinking simply of he self directed aim for that. Thanks for finding out more!

Totally GS, this site has some interesting tidbits, but for those not aware, it's good to know what you are looking at to make the best choices (and this all depends on the individual!).
Thank you.
