There is a thread with Sadhguru, but I wanted to post this here. Feel free to search it up for a few other good videos.
Especially in the past year or so with "end times" ramping up, many are fearful and stressed by ?what the latest attacks on our freedoms, political events, and disclosures happening.
I hope for all of you that you are able to stay in a good frame of mind, full of positivity and joy. The cup is half full and getting fuller, not half empty and draining away. Thanks.

Elaborating on the title of this thread and the fact that we live in troubled times, this is not denying the world around us, we see, we feel, there is sadness that many make bad choices, having no understanding.
Reality doesn't change in denial, it changes in allowance. People often feel that there has to be big changes happening for life to get better. But mostly a change of perspective is the biggest change to make.
Someone said "empty basket" today, this made me think of the half full/half empty cup perspective.
Maybe half empty is best too, if one is in the process of losing garbage, then you are on your way to a lighter free*er self. Not taking the weight of the world on yourself. Sounds incredible!
Or possibly a half full cup is the gratitude that comes when you allow yourself to go out of the panic and fear, (the state of the world). How you react to anything is fully your choice.
We are both the liquid in the cup, and the cup itself. Are you holding on to something and therefore something is holding on to you? Have courage and let go, this is key to not being sucked in.

One thing other than the corona stuff that is kinda bothering atm is the whole woke politics and everything that comes with that. Or I guess I kinda feel there is something important behind that but idk what it is, on one hand I wanna inform myself on the other hand I don't want to waste time on pointless debates or paths. Seems like more division between people these days and stirring up the pot.
Still I am at home a lot and I wanna make use of my time maybe improve in some way or understand things better.
