When you go to a public pool, you're absolutely swimming in human urine -- this should give you a pretty good idea of how much.
Micturition Mathematics
A 2017 study featured in the Environmental Science & Technology Letters studied the urine contents of two different public pools in Canada. In it, they found that a 110,000-gallon pool contained about eight gallons of pee. Since the average person urinates approximately 300 milliliters per pee, this means that approximately 101 people probably peed in that pool. The good news is that, technically, only about 0.00007 percent of the water is pee (if that makes you feel any better).
Wafting Wee-wee
"When you go to a public pool, especially an indoor one, that strong odor you're smelling isn't chlorine," says environmental engineering professor Ernest R. Blatchley III. That smell is a chemical called trichloramine, which is created when chlorine reacts with compounds in your urine. So, you can bet that the stronger that smell is, the more bodily fluids are in that water.
Everlasting Excreta
Obviously, new urine is being introduced all the time as new swimmers enter the pool, but even if a pool is closed off, that urine will never completely be cleaned out by the chlorine. Blatchley explains that while some of it turns to gas via trichloramine, a lot of it also turns into nitrate in the water (while nitrate is good plant food, for humans it's just a waste product which will accumulate until the water is replaced). In other words, there's no way to completely get that water clean.
Happy swimming, everyone!

Happy swimming, everyone!
So then I go to the lake. Wait here in super hot Texas there are bacterial buggies that have infected folks and caused health problems. Ok I'll drive to the gulf. Well someone just died last week because of a bacterial infection from swimming in that water. One cannot win.

What about shower water? Flouride and Lead... Drinking water same...It's an imperfect world so are we...since everything is "energy" we need not fear them, they can be transmuted spiritually...Energy can change into whatever form...As long as you're still here you're not gonna be free of toxins...for some reason i've started to believe its part of 3D, as in part of the game...trying to avoid it is wasting your time...just raise above it...if you still enjoy swimming then go ahead and go have a swim maybe a time will come when you're lose interest in it...then you'll have graduated it...Chances are you think you go there only to have a swim but spiritually there is a much more deeper reason you go there unawares...so if you "feel" like doing anything please do yourself a favor and do it...if it's negative but feel compelled to go it'll cleanse you...if it is positive it'll reward you... 3D life is a pendulum swing phenomenon...and the best way out is through!... Btw this post reminded me of this one too humanphysiologyandenergetic.wordpress.com/2015/05/01/the-effects-of-air-travel-and-visiting-powernodes-on-auric-integrity-by-mohsen-paul-sarfarazi-ph-d/
