I'm annoyed a lot these days due to the fact that many of these "spiritual ideas" don't seem spiritual at all. They get people focused on BS - from keeping your hair in a correct fashion and always making out like a lot of our behaviour is improper. So then the guilt comes, along with shame and then wasted time trying to adhere to all these components. Which takes our focus away from going within - this website pissed me off big time. I am so sick and tired of the focus on "victim blaming" which is what all religions do. Always keeping our focus on "correct behaviour". Well I am not taking any advise from any more "spiritual and religious" ideas. I'm going within, because my intuition tells me that this is just more misdirection. I behave quite fine, thank-you very much. No more Ms. Nice Gal. Tired of all the blame BS. Especially from supposedly more advanced races "who can't trust us, because we are violent". If they are SO ADVANCED, THEY WOULD BE COMPASSIONATE AND WISE!!!!!. And they are so not. Not if they are still victim blaming. Or the other BS idea of "everything happens for a reason". Shut up already! The reasons being the AIF want us traumatized. Period, because traumatized people have a really hard time getting over that. And they can't have us getting over that. We need to stop going outside ourselves looking for the answers, when the universe is within, and therefore so are all the answers.

We need to stop going outside ourselves looking for the answers, when the universe is within, and therefore so are all the answers. Honestly when i got to the part where they talk about how to dress or hairstyles or the spiritual remedies i kept thinking to myself "I'll be choosing these things based on how i feel inside" because after all where else can you get reliable answers??.....But on another note these guys are right...they talk about spiritual levels....Depending someone's spiritual level or consciousness level they'll try to solve their problems from that level of awareness...For example somebody who's just beginning to try out spirituality or trying to better themselves because they've started to doubt the conventional way of life but is still identified with physicality, will definitely take strictly physical measures i.e being vegan, massage, herbs, eat more raw foods, yoga, meditation...basically things that require effort, which is what physicality is all about...but as your consciousness expands you move to more subtle measures...you cure your own illness or other's with just your attention...just that...effortlessly... you wear whatever feels right because as you evolve your lifestyle changes as well, your outer world must mirror your inner....even the one who's effortfully making changes is mirroring his internal world because he/she still has a lot of ego and identification with form....So that website encompasses all kinds of levels of awareness.... they talk about healing by resolve/presence or merging with God-consciousness...of course there is someone you wouldn't tell that, you'd just tell them do this, do that, it'll work..and maybe try explain superficially...because if you try go into details they'llthink you're crazy or out of touch with reality...If you've spent some time on it they do in fact describe how people with an elevated awareness will naturally have a more accurate internal guidance system.... So you were quick to judge them but you're also right... You landed on an article that felt unappealing to you because it's not addressing some one on your level of awareness....not everything you read is addressing you personally, it's also making you aware of others' POVs and how they perceive reality...so as to better understand them...But there are more advanced articles (And btw what i consider advanced may not be advanced for you, so it's you to decided what feels right for you) on it as well, so go for those.

It’s a good point about the “Wha...” factor of “going within” to a beginner. Places that TEACH going within might be a better start? youtu.be/3hnGUwzHB2Q
