This ties in nicely with some of Avalon's research towards the end of his book:

Thanks for this Duckie. I try hard to drink decent water, not ever drinking my own filtered tap water now. Best I can do though is bottled spring water in BPA free bottles. Spring water is no more expensive than the purified water. Purified water comes from a local municipal source. (tap water). Any suggestions on getting better water would be welcome.

There are so many filtration systems out there...I use a Berkey filtration system with inserts to filter out fluoride. I don't know of any other ones on the market that you can use that will filter out fluoride. But it also filters out like 99.9999999% of pathogens. There's a video somewhere showing them testing the regular filters. Apparently, it even filters out red dye in the water.
I have a Big Berkey (I think it's 3 gallons). It sits on my countertop and everyone who sees it for the first time thinks it looks really cool. There are four slots for filters -- I have two regular and two fluoride filters. Based on our household of two adults and three animals, we go through replacement of these filters once a year (for the fluoride) and once every two years for the regular (although they claim it would last longer.) Anyway, the filters are expensive, but I figure it's well worth the cost, like 30 cents a day. And the water tastes really GOOD!

Those prices are not shocking all! We sell Cubes at work that cost as much and filter less.

We all have to find our own way and we have to respect each other's choices. There was a time where I was extremely involved with chemicals, not eating meat or fish, drinking clean water, not being in wifi, etc etc.. In fact I was going full blast towards becoming a Breatharian (not having to eat or drink anything). All those things that you focus on once you become aware. This is not for all and again we should all do what we feel is right. Seeing this very logical thread I just feel the need to write this. Just like I have stopped protecting myself because I realised that creating protection invites something to threaten you, I have stopped being anxious about not eating meat or fish or anything that is considered bad for you. Nowadays I DO eat meat occasionally and I do put on sunscreen (which I know should not be good for me) when my wife asks. My special water bottle which used a Russian technology to cleanse the water broke and ever since I have just accepted drinking 'normal' water again. I even drink carbonated water again. Why? Because I have realised it is all in my mind. Something is only bad for you if you let it be bad for you. NOTHING can hurt me if I do not let it hurt me. The Father and Mother are always looking after me so as long as I stay connected to them, ie I listen to my feelings, I am fine. Of course I am involved with creating a better world and that includes things like using less plastic etc etc. But in the end I have found there is only ONE thing that is really important to me. And that is to listen to my Heart, to listen to my Parents. As long as I do that and I let them guide me I am fine and that includes occasionally eating fish and drinking alcohol during a lunch for a birthday party for one of my wife's aunts. Life can be beautiful and I intend to enjoy all its facets to the fullest whilst doing my best to serve all my Relations as best as I can.

I am just starting in with a week of (mostly) fruitarian, before I do a Young Living cleanse and start my TM training.
I feel the need for it for a variety of reasons.
I think I have a journey to begin before I can see it all as mind, yet. 😉
My mind still needs more practice getting out of the way. Lol

I have a stainless steel water distiller from Megahome which also sends the distilled water through carbon filtration to remove the chlorine. After the water is distilled I restructure it via a portable restructuring unit from Natural Actions Technology. This restores the hydrogen bond angle to the way it is when water comes out of a spring.
