I'm going to start trying this out and see if I notice any difference. From Volume 1 of Decoding the Hive, page 181: ================== Using the Alkaline Water Protocol (written by council), interacts with the physical structure of the human-created Chemtrail Nanites, corroding their limbs and freezing them solid, which disconnects them from our tissues, allowing them to be flushed out of the body. According to my contact, this will also keep the human body immune to most diseases and immune to cancer, as it creates an alkaline environment where such fungi are unable to live: ALKALINE WATER PROTOCOL (1 gallon per day per adult male) - 1 Gallon Reverse-Osmosis water (for god's sake don't keep drinking the tap water with fluoride in it)
- 3 crushed and zested whole lemons (drink the seeds)
- 1-1/2 TBS *Hawaiian Black Lava Sea Salt (this carries the secret of crystal-carbon in its makeup, and is extremely high in frequency and healthy for the body)
- 3-5 drops Lugol's 2% Iodine (2-3 for women or children, 4-5 for men)
- 12,000 MG (not 1200) Vitamin C (can be Elderberry syrup or powdered or liquefied ascorbic acid)
- 1-1/2 ounces of organic (Braggs for example) Apple Cider Vinegar

How does one "zest" a lemon? Vet, there are many different kinds of shredder out there. You're probably most familiar with the box grater (which, I think, is what kellsbells was referring to.) But they also make smaller graters that are used specifically for zesting -- like this one: smile.amazon.com/DRAGONN-Premium-Zester-Stainless-Footings/dp/B01MZ1IT1L/ref=sr_1_11?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1522342183&sr=1-11&keywords=zesterAnyway, just reporting back on trying out the protocol. I am not usually a thirsty person, so pushing a gallon a day was not going to happen. I am up to about a half a gallon right now. That said, I haven't noticed any real difference, except that my emotions have been a little lighter. Could also be, though, that it has stopped raining and the skies have opened up to sunny and beautiful everyday. And, I wasn't expecting the water to taste good, but it's actually pretty good. It's very refreshing, like a salty lemonade, especially if you keep it cold.
